Orcalynx is a personal brand growth agency. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to help you, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (the free audit form, a resource download, the quiz, or the exit popup), we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your Instagram handle, phone or WhatsApp number, and answers about your business such as revenue range, follower count, and marketing budget.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This collects standard usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location. It does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the resource you requested, prepare for your audit call, and occasionally send you helpful content about Instagram growth. That is it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. Ever.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored securely in our database (hosted on Supabase) and may trigger an email notification to our team (delivered via Resend). Our website is hosted on Vercel. Each of these providers maintains industry standard security practices.
Emails
If you receive emails from us, every one includes a way to opt out. Reply to any email or use the unsubscribe link and we will remove you promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email us and we will take care of it within a few days.
